The Red Fury is a family movie about loyalty and sacrifice--about how common people cast off old prejudices and learn to love. John Handley, a lonely rancher, gives a lost Native American boy, named Frankie, a home. Soon after entering the white community Frankie struggles, as he becomes an outcast when the townspeople and his schoolmates reject him. While John risks friendships and his livelihood for Frankie, Frankie finds friendship with Red Fury, a strong-willed horse only Frankie can tame. Their friendship is challenged when they encounter the ultimate test of their lives. This is a story of three people, their love for each other, and how a magnificent stallion changes their lives forever.
