White Tuft, the little beaver, is a mischievous young one with an odd little clump of white fur on his head. Living deep in the forest with his affectionate, courageous Mother and his twin sister, White Tuft never knew his father who was eaten by wolves shortly after White Tuft's birth. One day, a bear damages the family's dam and the strong river current sweeps White Tuft far from home. Stranded, he must face many challenges; including a ferocious and starving wolf pack which brings back memories of his late father.
