Words from Scott... It is no secret that the levels of diabetes, depression, obesity, and many eating disorders among America's youth are at an all-time high. Our kid's definition of play often involves sitting in front of a computer, TV, or video game eating junk food - and proper nutrition and adequate recess time in schools has been severely decreased.
All things considered, it is no wonder that we need to find a way to make our kids feel more welcome, inspired, hopeful and important. The goal of my program is to bring fitness and wellness to America's youth in a way that has never been done before, sparking their interests, inspiring them to make a lifetime of healthy choices.
