Gil, AMERICAN IDOL), a talented dancer and singer, learns that his mother is deeply in debt, he gathers his ambitious friends to put on a concert. Luckily, they’re approached by a record label; unluckily, the label only wants Chris, and the others are left hung out to dry. As Chris navigates the challenges and compromises that come with fame, he realizes that he may have traded his best friends for something far less valuable.
